Seek, above all, for a game worth playing. Such is the advice of the oracle to modern man. Having found the game, play it with intensity -- play as if your life and sanity depended on it. (They do depend on it). Follow the example of the French existentialists and flourish a banner bearing the word "engagement." Though nothing means anything and all roads are marked "NO EXIT," yet move as if your movements had some purpose. If life does not seem to offer a game worth playing, then invent one.

For it must be clear, even to the most clouded intelligence, that any game is better than no game...

In the beginning was none

Noness out of nowhere in no-time gave birth to a notion

The notion shaped an image

Ob es sich um die viel gepriesene Liebe handelt oder um die 'ganze Wahrheit', um das ethische Prinzip, um die Güte, alles wonach der Mensch sich zutiefst sehnt, ist für den Verstand bestenfalls eine Tangente, der er sich bestenfalls - durch Hingabe - asymptotisch annähert.
Es ist überhaupt ein Wunder, dass wir Worte dafür haben, Hinweise an unser menschliches Umfeld, damit in jeder Generation Menschen sich die Zeit nehmen, jenseits ihrer täglichen Beschäftigungen und ihrer Sorgen hinzuschauen, hinzulauschen oder hinzuempfinden.
Einfacher geht es nicht, sonst wäre keine Vielfalt, keine Seelendebatte, keine Kultur, keine Zeit, keine Geschichte, keine Evolution, so wir sie kennen, da.
Kein Prophet und kein Heiliger, kein Philosoph kann dieses Problem für Alle, für Immer und Ewig lösen.
Wir werden mit dem Leben jedes mal damit konfrontiert, zwischen seelischen Kampf und Seelenfrieden unseren Weg individuell zu finden.
Alle unsere Taten und alle unsere Bestrebungen drücken diese Spannung aus.
Moralische Gesetze, bürgerliche Gesetze sind lediglich Schilder für unsere Mitmenschen und für unsere Nachfahren, wie ein Erbe um den Lebensunterhalt von Geliebten vermeintlich zu sichern und den Weg zum Höheren zu unterstützen. Vermeintlich...
Denn oft haben Menschen, die persönliche Tragödien erlebt haben, die Entschlossenheit entwickelt, bei ihrem Weg in der Suche auf das 'das Höhere' vorzudringen.
Wir lauschen gern, auf das was sie zu sagen haben und hoffen, in Ihnen Vorbilder zu finden, den man mit gutem Gewissen nacheifern kann...
